Crystal Boskofsky

Education and Cultural Programs Manager

Crystal Boskofsky serves as the Education and Cultural Programs Manager for The Tatitlek Corporation, where she is dedicated to enhancing the lives and futures of Tatitlek shareholders and descendants through meaningful engagement and cultural preservation. In this role Crystal leads cultural and scholarship programs, fundraising and grant solicitation management. As a lifelong Alaskan, Crystal was raised in Ouzinkie and currently resides in Anchorage with her family.

  • • Crystal's professional background includes over a decade of service as an elected board member for an Alaska Native Corporation, as well as experience in advocacy, grant compliance, accounting, and risk management.


  • • Prior roles at TTC include experience with the Risk and Contracts teams.


  • • She has attended Wayland Baptist University and the University of Alaska Anchorage, with past participation in various leadership development programs.


  • • Crystal is passionate about education and cultural preservation, having chaired and expanded an Alaska Native scholarship program in response to rising costs and evolving community needs. Through her leadership, the program grew to include a broader range of awards, from collegiate and vocational scholarships to career-focused and cultural grants.
  • Lydia Robart

    Education and Cultural Programs Coordinator

    Lydia Robart is Education and Cultural Programs Coordinator for The Tatitlek Corporation. Her responsibilities include supporting Copper Mountain Foundation’s scholarship program and cultural preservation initiatives. She is the daughter of Nanci and Floyd Robart and was raised in the Native Village of Tatitlek with her two siblings, Benjamin and Talya. With a deep respect for Alaska Native culture, she is excited to assist in supporting CMF for the benefit of the Tatitlek shareholder community.

  • •. Lydia graduated from Tatitlek Community School in April 2023.
